MANAGER
DETROIT,
MI –
Nicole
Nassif
has been
appointed
general
manager
of 24
grille,
a
restaurant
located
at the
historic
Westin
Book
Cadillac
Detroit.
The
announcement
was made
today by
Jon
Grabowski
Entourage
Restaurant
Group
(ERG)
partner.
ERG is
the
ownership
group
for
spa1924grille.
The
120-seat
restaurant
opened
in
January
2009.
The
7,000
square
foot
property
includes
spa 19,
a full
service
rejuvenating
day spa.
Nassif
comes to
Detroit
from the
Bubba
Gump
Shrimp
Company,
a
restaurant
company
with
locations
in the
US and
Asia.
Based in
Chicago,
she
served
as
retail
operations
manager
for 26
Bubba
Gump
units
worldwide.
Nassif
brings
several
years of
restaurant
and
retail
management
experience
to 24
grille.
She
spent
nearly
ten
years in
the
Chicago
market
including
general
manager
of Navy
Pier’s
Capi’s
Italian
Kitchen
where
she also
held
dining
room and
retail
management
positions.

the
experience,
leadership
skills
and
energy
to keep
our
restaurant
moving
forward.
Nicole
will
work
closely
with our
culinary
staff as
well as

restaurant
will
once
again
participate
in
Detroit
Restaurant
Week
that
runs
September
24 to
October
3, 2010.
