installment,
starting
this
Friday,
September
28th.
The
popular
dinner
discount
promotion
will
only
cost $30
per
person
for
delicious
three-course
meals at
select
fine
dining
establishments
in
Detroit.
We

Restaurant
Week
occurs
twice a
year.
The
spring
2012
edition
broke
the
record
for
diner
participation
when 21
restaurants
reported
a
combined
total of
over
38,000
people
having
dined
during
the
10-evening
event.
Since
2009
almost
200,000
people
have
taken
part in
Detroit
Restaurant
Week,
generating
millions
of
dollars
in
economic
impact
to the
city.
History
of
Detroit
Restaurant
Week
The
Detroit
Restaurant
Week
concept
was
created
in 2009
as a
partnership
project
between
Paxahau
Event
Productions,
the
Downtown
Detroit
Partnership
(DDP)
and its
partner
organizations
from
Midtown,
Corktown,
Eastern
Market
and New
Center
to
support
and
promote
the fine
dining
restaurants
in
greater
Downtown
Detroit.
