Detroit's' far eastside left in the dark, new Multi-million dollar street light system not working

After six weeks of dark neighborhoods, residents on the city's far eastside have no streetlights or answers. The one year old system was installed with great fanfare last summer by Waymon Guillebeaux, Vice President, Contractor Services of the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation.
