DETROIT RECREATION DEPARTMENT HOSTS HALLOWEEN PARTIES

Looking for a fun, safe way to spend Halloween? If so, the Detroit Recreation Department has Halloween parties for children ages 12 and under and the annual Halloween Extravaganza at Belle Isle Park.

The parties for youth age 12 and under take place on Halloween at neighborhood recreation centers and include activities such as carnival games, costume contests, and candy giveaways.

The Halloween Extravaganza at Belle Isle Park takes place tonight from 6�9 p.m. The $5 admission fee includes the Tunnel of Terror and Hayride.
