Michigan Association for Female Entrepreneurs and Black
Women Contracting Association host the 2nd Annual Women,
Wealth and Power Cruise
(Detroit,
MI) The Michigan Association for Female Entrepreneurs in
partnership with Black Women Contracting Association
will host its 2nd Annual Women, Wealth and Power Cruise
on Sunday, June 8, 2008 from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm
aboard the Detroit Princess Riverboat in downtown
Detroit.
This year’s keynote speaker is Lynnette Khalfani. Known
across the world as The Money Coach, Lynnette has helped
thousands to build financial wealth, using insights
based not just on her professional knowledge, but also
first-hand experience.
In her inspiring presentation, Lynnette will share her
story of how she paid off more than $100,000 in credit
card debt and nearly $40,000 in student loans before
becoming a self-made millionaire. Lynnette, a
personalfinance expert and New York Times best-selling
author, worked for nearly a decade as a Dow Jones
Newswires reporter and a Wall Street Journal reporter
for CNBC. Lynnette has been featured in The New York

Pre-sail activities for the Women, Wealth and Power
weekend will include a VIP Cocktail Reception on Friday,

and on Saturday, June 7th a Power Breakfast at the
Detroit Marriott featuring a keynote presentation by
Angie Morgan, co-founder of Lead Star, one of the
foremost leadership consulting firms in the U.S. Angie’s
