Scholarships Available For
Local High School Seniors
AXA Achievementsm Community Scholarship Applications Now
Available
Applications Will Be Accepted Now Until February 15,
2008
Troy,
Michigan — AXA Advisors, LLC, the retail distribution
subsidiary of AXA Financial, a leading financial
services company, has announced the availability of the
2008 AXA Achievementsm
Community Scholarship applications. Each AXA Advisors
branch office nationwide will be able to distribute up
to twelve $2,000 scholarships to high school seniors who
live and attend high school in its community. The
applications are available online at the following
sites: the branch website

www.axaonline.com. The announcement was made by Tim
Mackie, ChFC, CLU, Executive Vice President of the AXA
Advisors South Central Division.
The scholarship is part of AXA Achievementsm,
which provides resources that help make college
possible: access and advice. Scholarships are open to
graduating high school seniors. Winners – known as AXA
Achievers – have demonstrated ambition and drive,
determination to set and reach goals, respect for self,
family and community and the ability to succeed in
college.
AXA Achievement is funded by the AXA Foundation, the
philanthropic arm of AXA Advisors. Through AXA
Achievement, AXA is one of the nation’s largest
corporate providers of scholarships and a comprehensive
resource for information to help students and parents
plan for college. “This program brings scholarship
support into every community where AXA does business,”
commented Mr. Tim Mackie. “AXA Financial is about

investment in young people and in our community.”
The
scholarship is administered by Scholarship Management
Servicessm,
a program of Scholarship Americasm,
one of the nation’s largest nonprofit private sector and
educational support organizations.
