Ontario (July 21, 2008) – Chevrolet today introduced the
production 2010 Camaro being built at GM’s Oshawa Car
Assembly Plant. It is a heritage-inspired sports car for
the 21st century, combining great looks and performance;
advanced technology and surprising efficiency –
including 9.0 L/100km estimated highway fuel consumption
on the high volume V6 models.

front of General Motors’ (GM) Renaissance center on
Monday, members of Michigan Tech University’s (MTU)
mechanical engineering team presented a modified 2005
Equinox, their competition entry in GM’s Challenge X
competition.
“For the everyday driver, we want to make [the Equinox]
to feel no different from what they’re used to.” Team
leader Todd Cimermancic said. “We’re working on the
aspects of design that the consumer doesn’t see.”

anniversary in Detroit April 14-17 at Cobo Center .
The SAE World Congress, originally called the SAE Annual
Meeting, relocated from New York City to Detroit in
January 1933. Formerly held at the Book-Cadillac Hotel,
the four-day event included 15 sessions and attracted
more than 3,000 attendees. Among the featured speakers

using 42 electric cars and trucks from ZAP. The UPS branch in
