Sidecar Motorcycles To Be Featured At Meadow Brook Concours

Troy, Mich – Three-wheeled vehicles are coming to Meadow Brook Concours d’Elegance. Sidecar motorcycles will make their debut appearance when the world-famous event with its stellar lineup comes to Rochester on August 3.

DETROIT, MI – The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit will open its Recruitment Center on July 14 to fill an expected 250 positions. The 455 room hotel now undergoing a $200 million restoration will open on October 1, 2008. Jobs are available in accounting, administrative, banquets, engineering, food and beverage services, front office, guest services, housekeeping and security. More

Although Philadelphia and Detroit may currently be at odds over the 76ers-Pistons playoff basketball series, the two cities will share their musical talent for the 29th Detroit International Jazz Festival from Aug. 29-Sept. 1 in downtown Detroit.

Dubbed as "A Love Supreme: The Philly/Detroit Summit" for 2008, it is the largest jazz festival in North America and expected to draw a crowd around 750,000 and generate $90 million in revenue. More
