SCION JOINS MYSPACE, RED BULL, BEATPORT, VITAMINWATER AS
NATIONAL SPONSOR OF MOVEMENT 08 – DETROIT’S ELECTRONIC
MUSIC FESTIVAL

– Paxahau, producers of Movement 08 – Detroit’s
Electronic Music Festival, announce Scion will be the
event’s official automotive sponsor. Scion and Movement
08 provide a synergistic appeal to electronic music fans
who recognize the importance of being a part of this
cultural phenomenon.
In addition to Scion, the festival has garnered a great
deal of sponsorship attention from influential companies
and brands including MySpace, Red Bull, Beatport and

Scion offers three models: the iconic xB urban utility
vehicle, the tC sports coupe, and the xD five-door
subcompact. Scion employs “Pure Price,” encourages
personalization, utilizes groundbreaking internet

community to engage trendsetting youth.

Movement 08 – Detroit’s Electronic Music Festival will
be held in Downtown Detroit’s Hart Plaza during Memorial
Day Weekend – May 24-26, 2008.
